E-factor computation and visualization tool

Introduction

This tool enables you to compute e-factor indicators for several experimental settings belonging to biorefinery treatment families (topics) using published data from that have been annotated on @web.

You can select the parameters to be accounted for on this page and then initiate the computing by clicking on the Compute button.

The results will then be displayed at the bottom of this page as a diagram on which you can hide single points or a whole treatment family. You will also be able to access the source data tables via permalinks shown under the diagram. See more...

E-factor indicators calculations and agregation levels are defined in the following publication.

While processing the data stored on @web, the assumption every matter quantity expressed in a volume unit has a density equal to that of water is made. Thus the results shown may slightly differ from the reality.

Concerning gaz, ...

If you are getting an error message prompt saying "No data corresponding to chosen parameters", then no documents treating the selected biomass was found within the chosen topics on @web.

However, if the error message is saying "No valid data corresponding to chosen parameters", data were indeed found, but the software was not able to process it, either because it contains errors (and/or is incomplete) or because the unit used for the glucose yield is not a percentage.
